How to lose weight: inedible food

Was poking around on Boards.ie and came across a discussion of this site, which features Weight Watchers recipe cards from 1974. It’s just one inedible fright meal after another, from Fluffy Mackerel Pudding to the Jellied Tomato Refresher.

The recipes come with caustic commentary from American writer Wendy McClure, who has gathered the cards in a book – The Amazing Mackerel Pudding Plan.
